Spotted the tide was in when I was driving home from Carlisle with groceries.  So quickly put groceries away and took Misty down to the estuary for a paddle whilst I ate my lunch and had a drink.  We had the place to ourselves which surprised me.  It was quite hot and for once I was glad of the breeze as it kept me cool.  Another of Misty in extras.  Out again for the sunset, in extras.
