this will not be the best picture of tonight's eclipse I am sure, but it is my offering


The clouds JUST about cleared, and if you look very hard there is a small dent in the Moon at about the 11 o'clock position. I could see it better with the binos, but due to inadequate zoomage on my trusty Nikon this is as good as I got.

Negotiations are afoot for the purchase of more zoomage, I am more excited than a person of my age should be by the figures 70-300mm
