Paddling

Managed to fit in a couple of hours or housework...changed all the beds, rearranged Harry's bedroom (which involved picking up all the pieces of Lego first - the temptation to attack with dyson first is always great, but I resisted the urge!) hung out the washing and put away clothes. Not only did the house look a damn sight better but all the activity seemed to have shifted my cold...not gone, but definitely on the way!! Hurrah!
Quick stint at work, even quicker visit to mums for a natter and cuppa before picking up the kids from school. They all managed a quick paddle before tennis...how lovely to be able to sit outside and not feel cold!!
Back to work for parents evening..I was definitely talking rubbish by 8pm!! Home in time to put the oldest 2 to bed - and there goes another day!!!
