Lunchtime view

A friend and I went to lunch at the lovely Beach hotel and enjoyed this view while having our lunch and a good catch up chat. The weather was beautiful.
I am making a point of seeing friends who I haven't seen for some time. I seem to be so busy with activities, but friendships are important ....one can get so tied up with running around and life passes by. 
Hubby has just lost another good friend who had a stroke, and a very dear friend has been diagnosed with Dementia. It makes one stop and appreciate good health, friends and family.
