Hasbro Staff Presentation

This morning we drove down to Waterford to meet the Staff and management of Hasbro the super makers of board games.
Each year the staff get together at Christmas and raise funds for charity. This year we were on the list with two amazing groups, one working in Nicaragua on house building and the other a local charity working with special needs children: amazing people.
The welcome was tremendous and showed the spirit which enabled them to raise 15 thousand euro. We thank them most sincerely for taking us on, people they had never seen before representing Malawians they will never see.
It was a humbling experience.

Hasbro Ireland is established in Waterford, Ireland since 1977.
The company operates from a modern production facility of 22,500 m², manufacturing Games, Playdoh products and Puzzles and
employing approx. 500 employees. It is one of Europe's biggest convertors of Board and Paper.
The company manufactures approximately 17 million units annually for export to International Markets.
They tell me that they make the monopoly game in 34 languages plus special editions.
The place was a hive of activity and a heaven for anyone interested in games Wow!!
