A perfect summer’s day
Martin and I got our 10k steps in (now currently being undone, by having a double nougat from the ice cream van that has suddenly arrived in the car park - see extra), by having a lovely wander round the old town.
It was a lovely day, especially, as the Jazz and Blues festival has begun, and it was also the University of Edinburgh’s graduation day. It’s nice to see such happy people smiling away, because it can’t have been easy over the last few years with covid.
No update on the luggage front, still missing. That said, I had a letter printed in The Scotsman today: https://www.scotsman.com/news/opinion/letters/readers-letters-air-firms-share-blame-for-anger-of-passengers-3770561
There was also a double page spread on the shambles, and how it brings shame to Scotland.
Anyway, all in all it’s been a lovely day.
