Knitting

It's been another hot day. So hubby and I kept all the curtains closed and the lights off. It drastically kept the temperature down to a manageable level. We're planning go keep an eye on the temperature over the next few days and will likely move Little Man and myself downstairs during the heatwave as it tends to be cooler on the ground floor.

Little Man has been wanting to use me as a climbing frame all day. He has discovered that he can pull himself up onto his knees if he uses my clothing as an aid. He's also attempting to pull himself into my lap but often ends up just laying across my legs. You see, I often tend to sit on the floor with him, on his level, so that we can have "chats." Often these involve Little Man making a lot of different, unintelligible noises. It's really funny.

I took this photo as I was attempting to make a time-lapse for TikTok but in the end I didn't end up posting the video as Little Man made several attempts at nicking my phone (he's quite the little thief) to put into his mouth and the last bit of it was too unsteady to be of any use. Just remembered that this is my 200th post on here. So glad I'm still here and haven't given up. I think my Blipfoto journal is gonna keep going strong this time round! Thanks for the support!
