Shibden Hall

Excited to visit the grounds of Shibden Hall. And yes it’s a heart of flowers in the foreground.Out of hours visit today,. Can’t wait to see inside. Everyone in Halifax has been so friendly. We met someone whose sister lives in the house which was filmed as Ann Walker’s house in Gentleman Jack ! The original Crows Nest now gone.

Thanks Recommend visiting a microbrewery called Darkland brewery in Halifax which has a small pallet bar out front. Only open on Saturdays, and it’s in an industrial estate but incredibly welcoming and lovely beer. Bought one to drink & one to go it was so good.
