Miss Marple Strikes Again...

I spent a few hours in Manchester today.
This view is taken from the Magistrates' Court looking towards the Town hall.

I was actually more interested in two of the cars you can see in the photo as they had exactly the same registration plates. They were both Mercedes cars but they were not identical.

Surely that can't be legal!

...unless of course you know differently.
