Woodpecker

We left Edinburgh after lunch this afternoon for a weekend with Bella and David at their house just outside Biggar. Their garden is a bird paradise, especially for this woodpecker who favours the ornamental cherry tree just outside the kitchen window.

After tea and cherry cake in the garden we moved out of the heat into the house to start the weekend Catan championship. By the end of the evening  Mr hazelh was in the lead with two wins. I have managed one and Bella is yet to score.
