Spinning .....

out bedtime.  Babysitting.  The card she was doing form mummy and daddy had to be finished first.  By adding all kinds of embellishments she managed to spin out bedtime by at least another 15 minutes.  There had to be rainbows drawn and coloured followed by multi coloured kisses, "I do them until there's no more space left" ...... finishing up with gluing the paper to yet another piece of paper!  Finally in bed by ten past 8.  She only came down once to "help" me make a sandwich and then called down as she was worried she couldn't find her library book and could we please search for it?  Anyway, she finally conked out about 9.15.
