Before the heat

I picked these roses as today is our 65th W.A., and we have had to change things. I cooked at lunch time (unusual for us) as I decided going out in hot conditions was not on. We were going to go to Forgemill later where they have a picnic/Prosecco/Pizza event but as the temps. have risen rapidly decided that was not a good idea.
We shall have a glass or three later and toast to further happy years.
