Wild Mallow Flower

Too hot and even hotter weather to come, so we have all stayed indoors all day, even Dougal and Florence declined to go out after about 0900 hours this morning.

We watched “Titanic” during the afternoon in the coolest room in the house. I have seen it many times before, but after the talk by one of the eighty stunt people involved and knowing how and where it was made meant I viewed it in a different light; in my opinion it is still a brilliant film.

I went outside during the late afternoon to take my picture for today, which is of a wild Mallow flower.

The temperature at noon today was thirty degrees Celsius.
