How to cool your wine in Freiburg im Breisgau

I love how you have little open streams (Bächle) in Freiburg. It keeps the streets cool and the water is so clean, you can dip your feet in there if they're sore. Even saw some kids floating little boats on some stretches. You wouldn't drink out of it, but what a lovely feature to have in the sunniest town in Germany. 

This would NEVER work back in Dublin. You know that wine bucket would be robbed in no time, and secondly the water would be polluted with litter and skangers' pee.
