my new retreat spot.

A few months ago i bought a screened in tent so i could enjoy the evenings down by the pond without being attacked by the bugs....so Terry decided to clear a spot for me!!!  He's such a good guy, he's got all sorts of plans for this space, one of which is of course a grassed over area for my new tent.  In the meantime i'll put down a tarp to cover the mud and we'll hopefully get to use my new tent soon.

He is also dealing with the amazing clams we harvested yesterday....not for tonights dinner, but we'll have a great chowder for tomorrow.

it's been an interesting day, feeling very tired and not much energy...so have done a bit of reading, napping...noodling with paint etc., and Netflix!!!
