The power of...

the sea.

With the high seas and swell we had last week Bar beach took a pounding.  One of my tog mates' photo of large waves made the paper.  I hope this link works.  You can see in my blip some of the damage.  In fact most of the accesses to the beach have been roped off as too dangerous to use.

Since then, some sand has returned to the beach but it still pretty poorly.  It is just amazing the power of the sea and the damage it can cause.
