Bridal wreath

Yet another hot day was forecast, so after doing necessary  house work early on, we stayed quietly indoors.
This Francoa sonchifolia, sometimes called Bridal Wreath, originates from Chile. I acquired three different cultivars at an open garden a few years ago and gave two to my mother. One of hers  has very pretty dark pink flowers so I must remember to take some cuttings, to grow  on in my garden, now I know it's likely to do well here, and be a contrast to this white flowered variety.
