There's a fly on my Flowers

As it's very dry weather right now I've left the lawn be (ie haven't used the mower) and a number of these flowers have appeared. So it's a mini-wild flower meadow! A friend says the plant is wild carrot but having looked at pictures via Google I'm not so sure.
