Birthday Bash

Third from the left in todays photograph is my good friend Peter, a Falmouth native and ex RN. Each year a group of us meet for his birthday, most come down from Plymouth, sadly this year we were down on numbers.
As we are all friends and all ex RN it falls into the pattern of an ‘80’s Navy Run Ashore. Find a pub, settle in, round of drinks each, move to the next pub, round of drinks each, move to the next pub. There were four of us and we moved twice, that’s a lot of beer to consume in eight hours.
Chip shop chips before walking a little unsteadily up the hill to home.
