City Centre

I had an appointment (just a routine check-up) at my GP in town today - thankfully in the morning, before the heat built up too much. Still, I didn’t linger in the city and stay for a stroll and a coffee, as much as I would have liked to. 

Once, I used to live in this street with its many beautiful old buildings. I do miss them sometimes, but I don’t miss the badly insulated rooftop flat I had rented at that time. Especially on these days with up to 40 degrees C.
