No Relief

The sea breeze has gone and it’s equally hot inside and outside the house despite drawing all the blinds; deploying fans etc. Even now after 6pm it’s still reading 32c and rising outside.
Resorted to ice on my head which may or may not be sensible?

Time for a cold shower!
