It's been so hot today. We had so much fun with the canoe and dinghy in the river to cool off. Nell did lots of swimming and Flora and Charley paddled. 

Kerry messaged to say the horses were fine so I was able to relax a bit after that. 

We contacted the agent to arrange a viewing on the house we saw for when we got back. Unfortunately they've had 7 offers on it already over the asking price so it's going to sealed bids which close on Wednesday. Never mind. We should never have told the kids about it really as Tobes has made big plans in his head about his new room :0(
