Local Champions

Sal and I drive past this artwork every time we go to see her family. It’s on Manchester Road just by the red bridge but we couldn’t find any mention of it.
I got a close up look today when taking my car to the garage. It’s of two local councillors and a local teacher who all worked hard for their communities
