Hollyhock

The hollyhocks come in many different colours, and they are often in two colours like these pink and white ones. It seems there is never a whole hollyhock out at once, but each flower comes out for a short time so that a whole stem will be producing flowers for quite a long period of time. I think they start at the top and gradually work down, so there is often a clump of the flowers quite a long way down! Amazing!!!
