Heat

I was dismissive yesterday about the panic about high temperatures, but after news this afternoon of properties burning out of control in the London area I was obviously hasty. My apologies. It is so much worse than anything we have seen in this country before. So frightening.
Temperatures here are high too, but we are surviving. My weather station shows well over forty, but it also predicts rain, I do hope it is correct.
We should have played Mahjong this afternoon, but we have move it to this evening, in the hope that it will have cooled down a little bit by then.
