Following last night’s extended drinks, I arrived at Waterloo just after 1am. Needless to say there were no trains and, I think, we were the last people not he station. It was a £30 Uber home

For some reason, when I woke, I did not feel the ill effects of a night out until towards the end of the day when I got tired. Luckily I was OK because I had a day full of meetings on the so-called Tricky Topics: which are items of user workflow that we think are difficult and need some extra consideration. I’m never quite clear if we resolve anything in all the meetings related to this but it definitely gives people a lot of good ideas and, I imagine, next week, the combined output of people’s thinking will result in some workable solutions.
