Wild swimming

Today was hot, hot ,hot! Mum is coping surprisingly well - I’ve got the carers primed to ensure they leave her with iced drinks and while I’m there she gets at least a cup of tea and is left with a cold drink. 
H and R came down about 2 to sit in the garden then we all went swimming about 5. It was glorious - baby was apparently very settled while she was in so maybe enjoying mum cooling down:) They stayed for a wonderfully Mediterranean feeling supper in the evening sunshine.
