Out and about with the man

Martin took today off, as he's really burning out. Hasn't had any time off since he started this new job, and its showing.  

We wanted to go to a restaurant up in Montville that has amazing views of the Hinterland, but ended up at Mary Cairn Cross for some unknown reason.  So we did the bush walk and were blessed with a pademelon sighting.  They look like wallabies, but they're not! 

Then onto Montville to the spot that we originally wanted to go to, The Edge! We had a lovely lunch up there looking out to the Hinterland.  Martin got this super pic of us. 

Then for a little more of a country drive before heading home.

He's enjoyed his day off an looks forward to a few more long weekends.
