Having a Drink

I took the car to be washed this morning in Tesco’s car park. It has its MOT on Friday and my granddaughter’s wedding is next week so it needed to be clean. I decided to go into Tesco’s as the wait for car cleaning was thirty minutes. I do not think I have been there since last year when the car was washed! I am not sure why, but three isles were completely empty and some of the other isles had large cages of goods waiting to be put on the shelves. Not sure if people have been panic buying, whether it is the fault of the weather or maybe the supplies are not getting through.

Today’s picture is of one of our squirrels. It was drinking fro one of the bowls on the bird table. There are a variety of bowls around the garden and in borders for the animals and birds, which I refill as necessary; most of them were empty this morning.

The temperature at noon today was twenty-six degrees Celsius; much cooler, but still hot.
