10 day anniversary

Yes, its 10 days since the luggage never returned from our holiday. 

These days have been frustrating, due to the lack of communication (no one has returned our calls or messages). Anyway, we finally ended up at one the luggage facilities, where there were hundreds of cases, golf clubs and even kids buggies (bet they are being missed). Though our luggage was not there (luggage is being held all over the city apparently), we felt a bit better, as we now have a Property Irregularity Report (PIR). We must also mention that the staff at this facility were lovely, and ever so helpful, and it can’t be any fun for them. They are working really hard to try and sort out this mess. 

The problem is not that the luggage is missing, but the total lack of communication from Edinburgh Airport, the airline, as well as the luggage handlers.

Has it put us off travelling … na, of course not, although, we will be taking hand luggage to Canada in September though.
