Gone fishing
Today our walking group did a walk that involved a ferry trip to get to the start point at Starcross near Exeter. The weather was overcast in the morning, much better suited to walking than recently. We saw some deer as we passed Powderham castle but my photos are of their rears. Those of us that had brought rain gear put them on but we only had a few spots. We were told to imagine the views as we sat down in a field for our packed lunches but the mist cleared when lunch was finished and the sun came out. So the ferry ride back was more enjoyable than the one going over, a different way to start and end our walk today. My blip shows one of the fishing fleet which looks as though it is still in use.
