Evening shadows

We have been out for our first walk in a few days this evening.  It was still quite hot in the sun, but nice in the shade.  Although the temperature has dropped I am finding it too hot to be outdoors during the day really.  But I did cook a hot meal today (after living on sandwiches yesterday as none of us could face cooking!)

It's been one of those days where I don't feel as though I've achieved much.  We all get them I'm sure!
