Pest

Didn't take long. A couple of days sunshine and warmth and overnight rainfall and the SNAILS are back. At least I managed to avoid stepping on this one. Even though they drive me mad and eat my favourite plants I can't bear it when I hear that sickening crunch underfoot. I have tried beer, egg shells, copper and salt and still they return. And please don't say chemicals. I won't use any pesticides in the garden. Eventually I have a mass collection, put them in a bag and transport them to the Cemetery at the end of the road. And wait a day or two for them to return.
