Mmmm, laksa !

Got a real and very pleasant surprise today, DHL delivered a 'care' packet from Singapore for husband and me. Husband's Singaporean colleagues/fervent dragonboaters have sent us Singapore sauces, instant noodles and more.
Couldn't help myself, and I did have prawns, eggs and coriander in stock, so a bowl of Singapore laksa it was for lunch. Now to decide whether to cook mee siam, nonya sambal seafood or sambal chicken tonight :-)
