Poplar Trees

My challenge today was to find a photo for my blip along the course of a 3 mile walk between home and the garage where I had to take my car. This is the River Plym at Coypool, a short distance from where it flows into the wide Plym Estuary beside Saltram Park. There are several poplar trees along this section. The top of one of the trees had been broken off and had fungi growing on it (see extra).
