. . . Gardens at Hestercombe House.
The "Walking Group" of six ladies who have been meeting for over 26 years now, firstly for proper,  long walks but slowly getting shorter and shorter and turning more into a social stroll with lunch met at Hestercombe.
A fine day - not at all hot thankfully and we even had a few spots of rain. There was an Art Exhibition in the house which we visited - very modern but some interesting bits to enjoy.
Lunch was delicious. Our stroll delightful and afternoon tea before we departed was most welcome.
