A husband and wife team of two doctors rowing around the UK (having already rowed across the Atlantic this year) raising money for various charities…read more about them here. They’ll be heading south from here to their return point in London so watch out for them if you’re on the east coast.

A stroll around Berwick with the walking group this afternoon, the weather was a bit grey but warm with a nice cooling breeze…followed by a trip along the prom. Blue skies and sunshine this evening.
