I really struggled with the heat last night, as most of the house was in the mid thirties. So I probably only got a couple of hours sleep, as I ended getting up at 5am! I then had to go to London for my 12 weekly Zometa  infusion, and got home shattered. Hopefully, I'll get some sleep tonight.
