Troubles

Had given my motorcycle for first service before I went to India. I was told it'll be ready by the time I'm back. 

After getting no updates, called them thrice this week and today they send me this! Not even the courtesy to call and explain what's going on. So incredibly frustrating. I had hoped things would be more professional this side of the world.

Hopefully it's all sorted within a week but I plan to follow up with some strong feedback on this.
