Leek, Cheese and Potato Pie

Apart from the cheese from the Coop, the ingredients were from the allotment. It has been a good year for the allotment this year with all this sunshine! We have been able to freeze a lot of bags of soft fruits, which will provide fruit crumbles throughout the winter!
