Car park ART ?

Just been on a shopping trip with my daughter in Colchester Essex. As we left the car park I noticed the wall art on the stairwell and just had to Blip it. So with IPhone in hand I thought I would snap it and share it.
I think the picture relates to Colchester being a Roman Garrison town .
