Summer Poinsettia
On a flaming July day, one of the offspring of our 'long-term Poinsettia' (Euphorbia pulcherrima) (i.e. one of four such plants we now have in the house, grown from cuttings from the original plant, that was finally laid to rest in one of our compost bins in the spring of this year) manages to produce some fine Christmas colour.
