Abstract thursday

I had a much more productive day today. We are in the process of repainting the outside of our house. Fortunately it's not too difficult but we are taking it slowly. 2 1/2 walls have now been done.
 I woke up with a swollen eye, have a ganglion which occasionally plays me up, a stiff neck, sore elbows and a sore throat. None of these things in themselves are particularly problematic but the cumulative effect means I'm sitting here feeling a bit sorry for myself. An early night I think!
