Star Trek

I was having a good clearout today. I found this card and it belongs to Raymond as he is a StarTrek fan, celebrating 30yrs.

I phoned my doctor today to see if I could get different painkillers as the backpain is horrendous nearly in tears today after having a clear out.
And the answer was basically no as i didn't want to go back onto ones that didn't do anything before. The pain is now constant, cortisone not working at all now
