.. that has a Class Q permitted development application from agricultural to domestic use. Basically means (typical Tory thing) build what you like wherever you like and avoid going through planning. There is also a disputed agricultural access over part of our drive which we are trying to get re-landscaped.
Otherwise nothing much to worry about!
