Done (in)

Nipped in to have a last bacon roll and coffee with the office crew…an old Friday tradition that we haven’t done for ages. As they pointed out, for me it’s the equivalent of a Friday before the longest of weekends!
So, that’s it….the office looking blank and ready for S to take it on. Paused for a moment and then carried everything down and N came to collect the stuff…I had to walk the balloons home!
Not feeling on top form, but steadily worked through the food shopping order for Norfolk and sent a card to K on Otis’ birth.
P wrote sounding very down and for the first time saying he thinks he needs to go into a care home, so spent a fair while googling some options and wondering what to do now.
Made a birthday cake for A and had to trouble shoot some last work things then supper and a quiet evening….we’re all feeling very tired though.
