Berlin Tiergarten I

I recently rediscovered Berlin's "Central Park" whilst cycling into uni. We used to go there a lot when I was little for BBQs etc, but to be honest I had completely forgotten all about this haven lying in the midst of the centre of Berlin, just a few steps from the Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate.

After 4 lane roads with rush hour traffic, slipping into this green world of calm feels like a real luxury.
