Feeding time
Woke to a sunny day with minimal wind. Perfect for finishing the roof. BUT, they need some more flashings so it won't be until next week. By which stage rain may again intervene.
We travelled north to Snells beach and got here five minutes before the electrician arrived to do some things we need to have happen here. He told us that most of his work in the last couple of months has been to make safe electrics damaged by water damage from the heavy rains. That isn't our issue.
Later a plumber came and he will need to come back next week to finish off the repairs needed as we slowly move towards listing it for sale. At least there has been no more water ingress. The same roofers who have been replacing the A-Frame roof will repair the roof where the leak happened., and then the floor can be fixed. Such a lot to be co-ordinated.
Late this afternoon I had a walk in the Highfield Reserve, and on the last leg home (on the street) I saw a couple of Tauhou (silvereyes) on the large flower stalk of a succulent beside the road. I am really pleased with how well this has come up.
