Old hat

Back blips 2: searching for the one.

I'd exhausted portobello market trying to find a vintage suit for a production, so I headed to the wonderful Old Hat in Fulham. Run by David Saxby, it's stuffed to the rafters with excellent vintage suits, blazers, tweeds and accessories.

I came away the happy owner of a wonderful charcoal grey pinstripe double breasted suit, and was able to get on with the much more pleasurable task of meeting F for his birthday lunch.
