Gas lines at Costco in VA

The gas prices in Virginia are significantly lower than WV so my neighbor got gas at Costco while he in Winchester VA. I just went along for the ride. I could not believe the line though. It reminded me of the seventies when there was a gas shortage. Fortunately I was not driving back then nor was I driving today.
